She’s pretty small and can squeeze into some tight spaces if necessary. Closed, we’re about 8ft long, 7.5 ft tall and 5ft wide. When we open, we are about 10ft tall.
We have two fridges that are powered by a generator, so we don’t need to plug in anywhere on site. If. you have a place to plug in great! We'll leave the generator at home. We can also use coolers to keep everything nice and chilled if the event space is smaller and there is no room for the generator.
We have the necessary liquor licenses and catering licenses with the ABC in order to do so. All you have to do is show up and we’ll take care of the rest!
Yes, we have food liability and liquor liability insurance, which most, if not all venues will accept.
It depends on the amount of people at the event, and the type of wine and beer you like! We can make it fancy or keep it simple— either way, everything will still taste great. We are able to work on almost any budget, so don’t hesitate to request a quote.
Yes! All the wine we serve is vegan, remember, no nasties here!
We understand things can come up. We require a non-refundable deposit to ensure we can order your wine, beer, food and other items in advance. Other than that, we allow a 30 day cancelation from the event for the other half of the fees.
We sure do! This just needs to be requested up front so we can pre-order sodas, waters and whatever other needs you might have.
Yes! We can drive outside of LA so feel free to reach out with specifics and we’ll make it work. Depending on the location, there may be an additional commute fee.
We can really do any event, big or small. Our Ape can be a center piece for photos at a wedding, or a fun addition to a birthday party or backyard gathering. We’re game if you are!
You pick the wine, we’ll bring it to you! Order online by 4PM for same day delivery anywhere in LA. Delivery will always be FREE! For orders placed by 4PM, we will delivery by 8PM (or earlier) same day. For orders placed after 4PM, you’ll get next day delivery. All the wine we stock is made from vineyards practicing organic at a minimum. On top of that, we like to feature winemakers who are using low intervention practices, dry farming and biodynamic farming. Support winemakers who are using ethical farming practices and doing really cool, innovative stuff in the wine world!
